目的分析评估放射治疗工作人员的职业受照剂量。方法根据福建省部分放射治疗工作场所周围剂量当量和放射工作人员个人剂量当量监测数据,分析放射治疗工作人员职业受照剂量,并与国家标准周围剂量当量和年剂量限值进行比较。结果共监测医疗机构12家,相关仪器35台,放射工作人员163人。电子加速器18台,工作场所部分周围剂量当量超标,与机房防护门、机房周围屏蔽体等比较,控制台操作位周围剂量当量率最低;后装γ源近距离治疗机(4台)和X射线模拟定位机(13台)工作场所周围剂量当量率接近本底水平(0.08~0.18)μSv/h;放射治疗工作人员163人,年个人剂量当量<2.5mSv/a,与设区市和县属医疗机构放射治疗工作人员比较,省属放射工作人员的年个人剂量当量最低。结论在正常工作条件下,放射治疗工作人员职业受照剂量处于较低水平,符合相关标准要求。
Objective To analyze and assess the occupational exposure dose of radiotherapy staff. Methods According to the data of dose equivalence around the part of radiation therapy in Fujian Province and individual dose equivalent of radiographers, the occupational exposure dose of radiotherapy staff was analyzed and compared with the dose equivalent and annual dose limit of national standard. Results A total of 12 medical institutions were monitored, 35 related instruments and 163 radiation workers. 18 electron accelerators and dose equivalence around the workplace. Conclusion Under normal working conditions, the occupational exposure dose of radiation treatment workers is at a low level, which meets the requirements of relevant standards.
