目的:研究三种不同的现代养护方法养护党参的效果。方法:将组加工党参60kg分为四组,每组15kg,分别采用气调贮藏法、铁系脱氧贮藏法、间歇冷冻贮藏法,另外一组不采取措施,养护12个月后对比四组党参的色泽、味道、质地、虫霉、耗损,以及计算养护成本。结果:第3个月时对照组党参已开始出现霉变,颜色加深,有霉味,质地偏湿,第12个月时部分党参出现了虫蛀洞孔,间歇冷冻贮藏有少许霉变,气调贮藏与铁系脱氧贮藏外观保存完好,气调贮藏养护成本较低。结论:三种养护方法均对党参有效,其中气调贮藏效果最好且成本最低,是党参养护贮藏的最佳选择,值得进行推广。
