牛黄消炎丸系常用中成药,由牛黄、珍珠母、天花粉、大黄、雄黄、青黛和蟾酥等7味中药组成。本文对该成药进行了组成药物的薄层定性和定量方面的研究。制备氯仿、甲醇两种提取液,选用不同的溶剂系统展开,并以有关标准药材或标准品进行对照,检出牛黄、天花粉、大黄、青黛和蟾酥。雄黄和珍珠母利用试管反应检出。并运用薄层扫描法测定了牛黄中的胆酸和蟾酥中总强心甾类成分的含量。
Niuhuang Xiaoyan Pills are commonly used Chinese patent medicines consisting of 7 herbal medicines such as bezoar, mother-of-pearl, trichosanthin, rhubarb, realgar, barley, and wolfberry. In this paper, a thin layer qualitative and quantitative study of the constituent drugs was conducted on the drug. Two chloroform extracts and two methanol extracts were prepared. Different solvent systems were selected for development. Controls were made with reference standards or standards. Bezoar, trichosanthin, rhubarb, barley, and eucalyptus were detected. Realgar and nacre were detected using a test tube reaction. The content of total cardiac anthraquinones in the bile acids and beauties in bezoar was determined by thin-layer scanning.
