黄体期不足(Luteal phase deficiency L-PD)被视为不孕原因之一且3.4~35%的患者有早期流产。LPD可表现为孕酮分泌不足,子宫内膜对孕酮正常水平不反应而呈不合时相型,或异常基础体温(BBT)。可通过子宫内膜活检,多次孕酮测定及BBT等确诊。但对单采用月经前子宫内膜活检诊断黄体分泌功能以及黄体期血清孕酮测定次数和雌二醇(E_2)对黄体作用等尚有不少争论。本文目的是研究E_2和孕酮在LPD病因学上所起的作用,提供改进LPD的诊断及治疗。资料和方法:研究病例为不孕门诊就诊者144人,包括对照组32例。年龄均小于35岁,月经周期
