In the factory, machining or measuring of parts often requires calculations. These calculations are sometimes not enough for arithmetic alone. So we have to use algebra, geometry and trigonometry to solve them. However, in those mathematical books, it is not always possible to find examples of calculations commonly used in the factory. Even technical workers with knowledge in this field sometimes encounter specific calculation problems and feel that they do not know what formulas to use to calculate them. In order to help the majority of workers correctly apply calculation methods to solve the calculation problems in production activities, we are ready to introduce some frequently used calculation examples from the beginning of this issue.
