职前教师即实习生在粤西农村学校实习近一学期,遇到最大的问题是当地初中生厌学问题。厌学的初中生学习目的不明确,学习态度消极;没有兴趣学习,逃避,干扰教学;向往外面世界,认为打工赚钱在同伴面前很风光。笔者通过分析厌学的成因,提出对策:遵守教师道德,以师爱为魂,做学生的良师益友;明确学习目的,激发学生内在的学习动力;设定教学目标,注重内容的适应性、针对性;改善教学方法,吸引学生关注,引发学习兴趣;建立班级文化,营造团结向上、积极进取的氛围。
Pre-service teacher or internship in western Guangdong rural school practice a semester, the biggest problem encountered is the local junior high school students tired of learning problems. Weary of junior high school students learning purpose is not clear, learning attitude is negative; no interest in learning to evade, interfere with teaching; yearning for the outside world, that work to earn money in front of peers is very beautiful. By analyzing the causes of weariness, the author puts forward some countermeasures: observing teachers ’morality, taking teacher-love as soul and doing good teachers and students for students; clarifying purpose of learning and arousing students’ inner motivation; setting teaching objectives, paying attention to content adaptability and pertinence ; Improve teaching methods, attract students’ attention, trigger interest in learning; establish a class culture and create a united, progressive and enterprising atmosphere.
