各位领导、同志们、朋友们:战斗的1994年即将过去,在迎接1995年来临之际,今天我们召开水利新闻宣传座谈会,邀请自治区有关领导、部门、新闻单位的领导、记者和水利界的老专家、老领导参加,在此,我代表水利厅向诸位表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢!下面我就四十多年来新疆水利水电建设成就,今后水利水电改革与发展任务和水利新闻宣传工作,讲几点意见。
