世界卫生组织(WHO)定义,健康是一种完整的身体、心理和社会良好状态,不仅仅是没有疾病或伤残。心理健康作为人体健康的重要标准之一,在现今激烈竞争的社会显得尤为重要。目前多数在校大学生,由于来自学业和就业上的压力以及人际交往过程中的迷茫困惑,抑或是进入大学后在以往同类群体中的优势逐渐减弱或丧失所导致思想上的强烈反差,意志力薄弱等,极容易引起不同程度的心理健康问题。锻炼心理学研究表明:身体锻炼对心理健康具有一定的效果。与长期影响相比,短期心理影响更直接地与锻炼活动本身相联系。心境作为反映心理健康的重要影响心理要素之一,其改善程度直接影响到心理健康状况。因此,本文采用反映“即刻”心境状况量表BFS,选取部分锻炼类型活动和竞技类型活动施加于苗族大学生,以探究不同类型活动对苗族大学生“即刻”心境改善的效果和作用,从而探索提高苗族大学生心理健康水平的具体方法,总结通过身体锻炼提高少数民族大学生心理健康的宝贵经验。
