入夏以来,我国大部分地区进入梅雨季节,重庆、四川、江西等省(市)普降暴雨或大暴雨,致不同程度受灾。据国防办截至7月30日统计,全国累计有29个省(市、区)和新疆生产建设兵团发生不同程度的洪涝灾害,农作物受灾533.5万公顷,受灾人口6736万,死亡307人、失踪113人,倒塌房屋26万间,直接经济损失约465亿元。据介绍,自4月1日入汛以来,影响我国的冷空气活动频繁,过程性降水频发,局部暴雨超强,台风或热带气旋登陆集中,部分地区遭受严重的山洪、滑坡、泥石流等洪涝灾害。
