祁东煤矿采区集中泵站供液技术及应用

乳化液压系统是煤矿及各类非煤矿山综采支架和单体液压支柱的主要液压源,传统工艺中一般一个面配备一套乳化液压系统,存在设备多、维护管理困难等弊端,针对上述问题,提出利用采区一套集中泵站系统向各工作面供液的技术,并在祁东煤矿进行了成功应用,减少设备投入,降低了管理和运行维护成本,实现了设备的集中监控,同时为工作面提供了恒定的压力,为矿井的高效、安全生产建立了基础。 Emulsification hydraulic system is the main hydraulic source for coal mines and various types of non-coal mine fully mechanized mining support and single hydraulic props. One side of the traditional process is equipped with an emulsion hydraulic system, there are many equipment, maintenance and management difficulties and other shortcomings. In view of the above problems , Put forward the technology of supplying liquid to each working face by using a set of centralized pumping station system in mining area and successfully applied in Qidong Coal Mine to reduce the investment in equipment and reduce the management and operation and maintenance costs and realize the centralized monitoring of the equipment. It has provided constant pressure for the working face and established the foundation for efficient and safe production of the mine.
