按照卫生部对医疗机构内部控制统一管理的规定,公立医院需结合自身业务特点和实际来制定相应的内部控制制度,并在医院发展过程中不断对内控机制进行完善与优化,找准每项活动的控制点。本文以经济新常态为背景,对公立医院内部控制制度建设存在的问题进行分析,并提出对策,以期为公立医院的稳定与发展提供借鉴。
