作者曾当记者8年,后到央企从事新闻宣传,本文为作者在长期工作实践中积累的心得记录,对企业声誉管理相关环节的有效运转提出了思路和建议。全文在深入领会习近平总书记2013年初关于中央企业加强新闻宣传工作重要批示的基础上,对具体工作环节、流程、机制进行了深入剖析,提出了将新闻宣传、舆情管控纳入统一管理,形成协调联动管理机制,从而全面提升企业声誉管理能力和水平的观点。
The author worked as a journalist for eight years and later went to the central enterprises for publicity. This article is an account of the author’s accumulated experience in the long-term work practice, and put forward ideas and suggestions for the effective operation of corporate reputation management. Based on a thorough understanding of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on strengthening press and publicity efforts of central SOEs in early 2013, this paper deeply analyzes specific work links, processes and mechanisms and puts forward the idea of putting public information and public opinion management into the unified management and forming a coordinated linkage Management mechanism, thereby enhancing the overall ability of enterprise reputation management and level of view.
