降低企业经营成本是当前一项紧迫任务。随着国家层面政策频出,地方政府也积极响应,其中浙江省提出30条降成本举措,涉及税费、用工、用能、融资、用地、物流、外贸、制度性交易等8个方面。初步测算每年可为企业减轻负担1000亿元。其中,直接降低企业成本500亿元,间接降低成本450多亿元,包括减免地方水利建设基金35亿元,社保缴费近80亿元,用电用气45亿元。
Reduce the cost of business is an urgent task. With the frequent national policies, local governments also responded positively. Among them, Zhejiang Province proposed 30 measures to reduce costs, involving 8 aspects of taxes, labor, energy use, financing, land use, logistics, foreign trade and institutional transactions. Preliminary estimates can reduce the annual burden of 100 billion yuan for the enterprise. Among them, the direct reduction of business costs 50 billion yuan, indirectly reduce costs more than 45 billion yuan, including relief 3.5 billion local water conservancy fund, social security contributions nearly 80 billion yuan, 4.5 billion yuan of electricity gas.
