对许多人来说,健身运动是他们经常关注的事。每当有新的消息宣布说,锻炼能降低许多严重疾病的发病危险时,他们总是感到兴奋不已。如果没能抽出时间绕跑道跑上几圈或蹬一蹬固定式脚踏车,他们又总感到有些不安。好啦,不要再为此而歉疚了。目前,健身界正在发生一场变革。新的理念认为,正确的健身方法应是:①锻炼强度应适中。②不必汗流浃背。③较易找到充裕时间。有研究表明:塑造强健的体格,不需过多的辛劳。这与人们以往的观念存在较大差异。
For many, fitness is something they often focus on. Whenever new news announces that exercise can reduce the risk of many serious diseases, they are always excited. They always feel uneasy if they can not take the time to run a few laps around the runway or pedal a stationary bicycle. Well, do not be sorry for this. Currently, the fitness industry is undergoing a revolution. The new idea that the correct method of fitness should be: ① exercise intensity should be moderate. ② do not have to sweat. ③ easier to find plenty of time.
