由于政府重视,部门协作,上下联动,在2003年的全国农业科技年,对广大农民的实用技术培训,收到实实在在的效果,营造了学科技用科技的时代新风尚。据不完全统计,在农业科技年,全国农技中心、农业部规划设计院等机构和高等院校以及河北、山西、内蒙古等地的农业厅(局)和畜牧、水产局等,去年开办的各种实用技术培训班,共培训农民3000多万人次;发放各种资料4303万份(盘)。
