优质高产啤酒大麦新品种陇啤1号是从匈牙利品种Jaxana中选择优异的变异单株培育而成。在2008—2009年甘肃省多点试验中,陇啤1号折合平均产量8 663.89 kg/hm2,较对照品种甘啤4号和甘啤5号平均增产825.79kg/hm2,增产率达10.54%,居参试品种(系)第1位。该品种为二棱皮大麦,春性,生育期110 d左右,株高70～85 cm,穗长7.7cm左右;穗粒数22粒左右,绝干千粒重43～45 g,绝干蛋白质含量9.7%～11.0%,2.5 mm筛选率在91%以上,浸出物(以干基计)达到81.8%,α-氨基氮为160 mg/100 g,糖化力为355.5 WK,库尔巴哈值为42.4%。具有丰产、抗逆、优质和广适等特点,适宜甘肃省河西、沿黄、引大灌区和中南部雨养旱作区及北方同类大麦种植区种植。
High-quality and high-yielding beer The new variety of barley, Long-bei No.1, is cultivated by selecting excellent variant single plants from the Hungarian variety Jaxana. In the multi-point experiment of Gansu Province from 2008 to 2009, the average yield of Longte 1 was 8 663.89 kg / hm2, which increased by 825.79 kg / hm2 on average compared with the control cultivars Ganpi 4 and Ganpi 5, with an increase rate of 10.54% Home test varieties (lines) first place. The cultivars are two-rowed barley with a springy growth period of about 110 d, a height of 70 cm to 85 cm and a spike length of about 7.7 cm. The number of spikelets is about 22, the dry kernel weight is 43 to 45 g, and the dry protein content is 9.7 % ~ 11.0%, the screening rate of 2.5 mm was above 91%, the extract (on a dry basis) reached 81.8%, the α-amino nitrogen was 160 mg / 100 g, the saccharification power was 355.5 WK and the Coulomb’s value was 42.4 %. It has the features of high yield, resistance, high quality and wide adaptability. It is suitable for planting in the areas of Hexi, Yanhuang, Dali Irrigation and central-southern rain-fed and dry-farming areas in Gansu Province and similar barley planting areas in the north.
