本文以苦参煎剂保留灌肠治疗慢性非特异性结肠炎22例,近期疗效较好。1 材料与方法1.1 病倒 无痢疾史,以腹痛腹泻为主症;大便常规可见粘液和/或红、白细胞,培养、孵化2次以上均阴性;经肠镜或钡灌肠检查,部分经肠粘膜活组织检查,诊断慢性非特异性结肠炎患者22例。1.2 方法 苦参30g 煎制80～100ml,每晚保留灌肠,10次为1疗程。回顾18例综合治疗进行对照。2 疗效判断 近期缓解:症状消失,大便常规正常,肠镜等特殊检查异常者,治疗后复查病损面消失;近期好转:症状明显减轻,大便常规正常或偶见红、白细胞,肠镜等检查病损面减轻;无效:3个疗程症状、体征无改善或加重。
