45例肾功能状态不同患者~(99m)Tc-DTPA肾动态显像的同时快速法测定肾小球滤过率(GFR)。结果提示此法测定的GFR值能快速、简便、准确地定量反映总肾和分肾的受损程度;可早期发现肾功能损害;同时还能结合肾动脉血流灌注肾形态、大小及尿路排泄等资料综合分析。
Forty-five patients with different status of renal function ~ (99m) Tc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging at the same time rapid determination of glomerular filtration rate (GFR). The results suggest that GFR measured by this method can quickly, easily and accurately quantitatively reflect the total renal and renal damage; early detection of renal damage; renal blood flow can also be combined with renal artery morphology, size and urinary tract Excretion and other data comprehensive analysis.
