弹性水泥,在国外称为无大孔水泥(MDF)、新型无机材料或水泥塑料等。1980~1984年期间,由英国牛津大学和英国帝国化学工业公司联合研制成功。这种材料是以水泥为主,掺入少量的外加剂,经特制工艺加工而成。其显著特性是具有极高的抗折强度,一般可达70兆帕以上,最高为150兆帕。由于这种材料在加工过程中呈现奇异的橡胶状弹性,故在我国称之为弹性水泥。1985年初,湖南省建材研究设计院开始进行弹性水泥应用研究的试验,同年9月研究成功抗折强度为40兆帕的水泥样品。1986年,作为省重点科研项目继续试验研究,确定了材料的合理配方及拌搅、成型、养护等工艺参数,材料的抗折强度稳定在70兆帕以上,并以此为原材料在临澧县建筑涂料厂初步开发出建筑装饰板材。此项研究成果填补了国内空白,具有广泛开发应用前景。该成果今年8月1日通过了省级技术鉴定。
Elastic cement is called MDF, new inorganic material or cement plastic in foreign countries. From 1980 to 1984, it was jointly developed by the University of Oxford and the British Empire Chemical Industry Company. This material is cement-based, mixed with a small amount of additives, processed by a special process. Its distinguishing feature is its extremely high flexural strength, typically up to 70 megapascals and up to 150 megapascals. Because this kind of material shows a strange rubbery elasticity during processing, it is called elastic cement in our country. In early 1985, the Hunan Provincial Building Material Research and Design Institute began trials for the application of elastic cements. In September of the same year, cement samples with a flexural strength of 40 MPa were successfully tested. In 1986, as a key scientific research project of the province, continued experimentation and research, determined the material’s reasonable formulation and mixing process parameters such as mixing, molding, and maintenance, the material’s bending strength was stable at 70 MPa or more, and used it as a raw material in Linyi County. The paint factory initially developed building decorative panels. This study has filled the domestic gap and has a wide range of development and application prospects. This achievement passed the provincial technical appraisal on August 1 this year.
