本文叙述了 Al- Li合金光谱分析用标准样品的制备过程和定值结果。在制备过程中 ,采用了先进的氩气保护、新型熔剂覆盖技术防止锂元素的烧损 ;首创了“间歇式半连续铸造法”、“分步调整成分法”等先进的工艺 ,解决了 Al- L i标样铸锭不易成形、成分易偏析等技术难关 ;最后采用多家协作分析定值法和科学的数理统计方法对数据处理给出定值结果和不确定度。本标准样品制备成功 ,填补了国内无 Al- L i合金标样的空白 ,可替代同类进口标样。比对实验结果表明本标样的主要特性指标已达到或超过俄罗斯标样水平 ,并已通过部级鉴定
This paper describes the preparation of standard samples for Al-Li alloy spectroscopy and the results of calibration. In the preparation process, the use of advanced argon gas protection, new flux covering technology to prevent the burning of lithium; pioneered the “intermittent semi-continuous casting method”, “step by step adjustment method” and other advanced technology to solve the Al - L i standard ingot is not easy to shape, easy segregation of components and other technical difficulties; Finally, using a number of collaborative analytical method and scientific mathematical statistics method for data processing results and uncertainty given value. The successful preparation of this standard sample, to fill the gaps in the domestic standard without Al-Li alloy standard, can replace the same kind of imported standard.
