Labor dispatch is a more popular form of human resources allocation in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in recent years. This new approach to employment has gradually been accepted by many enterprises in the SAR. More and more enterprises are willing to try out this new way of employing people. So, what are the positive implications of labor dispatch on the economic development of the SAR, what are the existing operating mechanisms and what are the future directions and trends?
