MDA生产过程中产生大量含苯胺、MDA废盐水,需进行萃取、汽提处理,以回收大部分有用组分。本文建立了MDA盐水处理系统废料最小化问题的严格数学模型,此模型属于多目标混合整数非线性规划(MOMINLP),求解比较困难。运用基于多目标遗传算法的过程综合3层次解算策略对MDA盐水处理系统的废料最小化问题进行求解,得到了非劣解曲线。非劣解曲线由3部分组成,分别代表了3种萃取流程。对影响利润目标的价格系数进行灵敏度分析,表明回收产品胺的价格变动对利润影响最大,蒸汽价格其次,而设备费用最小。由于使用严格过程模型,本文研究结果能为工程设计提供依据。
In the process of MDA production, a large amount of waste water containing aniline and MDA is produced, which needs to be extracted and stripped to recover most of the useful components. In this paper, a rigorous mathematical model for waste minimization of MDA salt water treatment system is established. This model belongs to MOMINLP, which is difficult to solve. The waste minimization problem of MDA salt water treatment system was solved by using process integrated 3-level solution strategy based on multi-objective genetic algorithm, and the non-inferior curve was obtained. Non-inferior solution curve consists of three parts, representing the three extraction processes. Sensitivity analysis on the price coefficient affecting the profit target shows that the price change of the recovered product amine has the greatest impact on profit, the steam price is the second, and the equipment cost is the minimum. Due to the rigorous process model, the results of this paper can provide the basis for engineering design.
