爆发在2009年底的欧洲主权债务危机,至今仍未找出摆脱危机的有效办法。欧债危机的影响,已经超出欧债危机国和整个欧元区域,成为关系全球未来经济发展的重大事件,我国作为与欧元区有着重要贸易关系的国家,也深受其影响。本文结合对德、意等欧元区国家的考察,对欧洲主权债务危机的发生发展及其原因从多个维度进行了剖析,在此基础上,就欧债危机对我国的启示从打牢发展实体经济这一坚实基础、立足国情建立社会福利保障制度、加快健全完善地方政府性债务管理制度等方面,作了分析思考。
The outbreak of the European sovereign debt crisis at the end of 2009 has so far failed to find an effective solution to the crisis. The impact of the European debt crisis has exceeded the debt crisis in Europe and the entire euro area and has become a major event that has an impact on the future global economic development. My country, as a country that has an important trade relationship with the euro area, has also been greatly affected by it. Based on the investigation of Germany, Italy and other countries in the euro area, this article analyzes the occurrence and development of the European sovereign debt crisis from multiple dimensions. Based on this, Economy is a solid foundation, based on the national conditions to establish social security system, accelerate the sound and perfect local government debt management system, made analysis and reflection.
