目的：观察 Wnt 家族负调节因子 cAxin2在鸡胚内耳早期发育中的表达方式。方法制备 cAxin2的探针，并用地高辛 RNA 标记盒（Roche）标记。将受精白来亨鸡蛋孵化，按 Hamburger 和 Humilton（1951）标准分期，宰杀HH11-28各期鸡胚并固定，全胚胎原位杂交。挑选合适鸡胚并用震动切片机切片。结果鸡的等位基因 cAxin2的表达始于 HH-14＋期发育内耳的耳杯中，并在内耳的形成及进一步耳囊的分化过程中显示了一个动态的表达方式。结论cAxin2参与鸡胚内耳发育。“,”Objective To observe the expression of the Wnt familiesnegative regulator cAxin2 in the development of inner ear of chick embryo.Methods The fertilized white leghorn eggs were hatched and chick embryos were butchered in HH11-28 stages according to the Hamburger and Humilton (1951)staging criteria.The embroys were fixed and hy-bridized in situ and sectioned.Results Chick homolog gene,cAxin2,expressed in the otic cup beginning at stage HH14 + and exhibited a dynamic expression pattern during formation and further differentiation of the otic vesicle. Conclusion cAxin2 participate in inner ear development of Chick embryo.
