目的 研究复方壳聚糖对脾虚证的药效学。方法 采用扶正固本的小鼠动物实验模型 ,观察复方壳聚糖对小鼠非特异性免疫功能和抗应激反应的能力。结果 复方壳聚糖 1 0 0、 2 0 0和 40 0 mg/kg灌胃可显著提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ,增加脾脏及胸腺的重量 ,可显著增强小鼠耐疲劳和耐缺氧能力。结论 复方壳聚糖可提高机体的非特异性免疫功能 ,增强机体的应激反应能力 ,具有健脾益气扶正固本等功效 ,可用于主治脾虚气虚等证
Objective To study the pharmacodynamics of compound chitosan on spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods The animal model of mice was used to observe the non-specific immune function and anti-stress response of compound chitosan. Results Compound chitosan 100, 200 and 400 mg/kg gavage significantly increased the macrophage phagocytosis, increased the weight of spleen and thymus, and significantly enhanced the ability of mice to resist fatigue and hypoxia. . Conclusion Compound chitosan can improve the body’s non-specific immune function, enhance the body’s stress response ability, and has the effect of strengthening spleen and replenishing qi, strengthening the body, and other functions, and can be used to treat spleen deficiency and qi deficiency syndrome.
