文章借助ADS和CST软件仿真,制作了一款结构简单且紧凑的二阶轴向螺旋电调带通滤波器。轴向螺旋滤波器的两个谐振器主要通过轴向磁场耦合,由于磁耦合产生的等效电感既参与谐振又参与输入输出匹配,所以制作调试起来相对比较麻烦,一次性成功率比较低。在ADS电路仿真的基础上,联合CST三维电磁仿真软件,使用场路结合的方法进行了更合理的仿真,大大提高了设计的效率。考虑功率、小型化的要求(加外导体壁后尺寸(71*26*40)mm3),滤波器的相对带宽指标定为10%,在可调范围30 MHz~88 MHz内保持相对稳定,中心插损小于1.5 dB,2f0处抑制大于55 dB。实验结果表明,测试结果与仿真曲线基本一致。
The article with ADS and CST software simulation, produced a simple and compact structure of the second-order axial spiral electrical bandpass filter. Axial spiral filter of the two mainly through the axial magnetic field coupling, due to the magnetic coupling of the equivalent inductance both involved in the resonance and participate in the input and output matching, so debugging is relatively more trouble, one-time success rate is relatively low. On the basis of ADS circuit simulation, combined with CST three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software, a more reasonable simulation is carried out by using the combination of field and circuit, which greatly improves the design efficiency. Considering the requirements of power and miniaturization (plus the size of the outer conductor (71 * 26 * 40) mm3), the relative bandwidth of the filter is set as 10%, and it is relatively stable within the adjustable range of 30 MHz to 88 MHz. The center Insertion loss is less than 1.5 dB and suppression is greater than 55 dB at 2f0. Experimental results show that the test results and simulation curves are basically the same.
