香港经济的腾飞,离不开香港政府与企业对人力资源卓有成效的管理和不遗余力的开发。人的素质是生产力高低的决定因素之一,它能保持国家与企业的竞争力,维持经济的增长。正是基于这一共识,香港政府历年来不断增加对教育的投资,并积极推广各类培训计划,而香港企业则不断摸索,融合中、西方公司的不同管理模式,形成了一套独特的人力资金管理体制。
The economic take-off in Hong Kong can not be achieved without the fruitful management and sparing no effort of the Hong Kong government and enterprises in human resources. The quality of people is one of the determinants of productivity, it can maintain the competitiveness of countries and enterprises, and maintain economic growth. It is based on this consensus that the Hong Kong Government has continuously increased investment in education over the years and actively promoted various training programs. Hong Kong enterprises, on the other hand, have kept exploring and integrating different management models of Chinese and Western companies to form a unique set of manpower Funds management system.
