针对以往火电厂效率分析中只考虑可量化指标这一问题,首次引入不可量化指标,提出了数据包络分析(dataenvelopment analysis,DEA)和云模型相结合的模糊综合评价方法。利用DEA分析可量化指标得到相对效率,利用云模型对不可量化的指标进行处理,将定性问题定量化,克服了数据包络分析对数据依赖性高而无法处理评价单元中含有不可量化指标问题的缺点,最终实现对火电厂总效率的综合评价。实例分析中通过对比验证了所提方法的正确性和适用性。
Aiming at the problem that only quantifiable index is considered in the efficiency analysis of thermal power plant in the past, the unquantifiable index is introduced for the first time and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) and cloud model is proposed. DEA is used to analyze the quantifiable index to get the relative efficiency, the cloud model is used to deal with the non-quantifiable index, the qualitative problem is quantified, the data envelopment analysis overcomes the high dependence on the data and can not deal with the problem that the evaluation unit contains non-quantifiable index Shortcomings, and ultimately achieve a comprehensive evaluation of thermal power plant total efficiency. In the example analysis, the correctness and applicability of the proposed method are verified.
