辞旧岁迎新春之际,京城喜降一场好大好大的雪,洁净了空气,扮靓了新春。“江山不夜月千里,天地无私玉万家。”借用元人黄庚咏《雪》诗的意境来形容中国民营经济发展的态势,“别有一番滋味在心头”。雪天闭户好读书。我们从亚当斯密著名的《国富论》中可以看到,这位伟大的学者将昔日之中国衰落的主要原因归纳为:一是“鄙视对外贸易”;二是“行业垄断缺乏公平竞争”;三是“合约执行机制缺乏”;四是“产权保护不足”。俱往矣,令人欣慰的是——“21世纪中国财富之船的桅杆,将不可阻挡地冲出东方地平线”!中国的民营经济定然在其中发挥着举足轻重的作用。
