人文素养并非是一个坐而论道的玄学概念,而是一个社会学概念,因此从教育学上讲所谓的人文素养主要是指对人类社会各种文化现象的初步了解和掌握,对人文典故的熟悉与借鉴,对人文语言的感悟与运用,对人文遗产的整合与创新,对人文精神的传承与开拓。在高职教育当中,培养学生的人文素质是一个重要的目标,对学生的自身发展具有重要意义。本文根据现有的研究资料阐释了学生人文精神培养的重要性,并就如何在高职语文中渗透人文精神的基本要求,培养学生人文精神提高他们人文素质提出了相应的对策建议,以期能够对高职语文教育有所帮助。
Humanistic accomplishment is not a concept of metaphysics but a concept of sociology. Therefore, in terms of pedagogy, the so-called humanistic accomplishment mainly refers to the preliminary understanding and mastery of various cultural phenomena in human society and the familiarity and reference to the human allusions , Sentiment and application of humanistic language, integration and innovation of humanities heritage, and inheritance and development of humane spirit. In higher vocational education, cultivating students ’humane quality is an important goal, which is of great significance to students’ self-development. Based on the existing research data, this paper illustrates the importance of cultivating students ’humanistic spirit and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to penetrate the humanistic spirit in higher vocational schools and how to cultivate students’ humane spirit to improve their humane quality.
