目的探讨应用弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童桡骨颈O’BrienⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折的效果。方法对25例儿童桡骨颈Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折均采用弹性髓内钉固定,直接利用弹性髓内钉复位17例,先行手法复位,再利用弹性髓内钉复位4例,经皮克氏针撬拨复位3例,切开复位1例。结果随访3个月~1年,根据Metaizeau标准评定:优19例,良5例,可1例,优良率96%。结论采用弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童桡骨颈O’BrienⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折是一种微创,疗效良好的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of elastic intramedullary nailing on O’Brien Ⅱ and Ⅲ fractures of the radial neck. Methods 25 cases of radial neck type Ⅱ and Ⅲ fractures were fixed with elastic intramedullary nail, direct use of elastic intramedullary nail reduction in 17 cases, the first manual reduction, and then the use of elastic intramedullary nail reduction in 4 cases, percutaneous Kirschner wire pry Dial reset in 3 cases, open reduction in 1 case. The results were followed up for 3 months to 1 year, according to Metaizeau criteria: excellent in 19 cases, good in 5 cases, fair in 1 case, excellent and good rate of 96%. Conclusion The treatment of O’Brien Ⅱ and Ⅲ fractures with flexible intramedullary nailing is a minimally invasive and effective treatment.
