1.去毛刺技术的发展简况各国重视毛刺机理问题的研究已有近20年的历史,从1975年起,以美国SME为中心,每两年举行一次国际性研讨会;1980年成立了毛刺及精加工技术研究会;1990年秋在日本名古屋召开了首届精密表面精加工技术国际研讨会,1992年8月,在中国大连举行了第二届国际研讨会.去毛刺技术的自动化问题,已成为各国关注的重要技术课题.2.去毛刺作业自动化的优点(1)实现去毛刺作业的自动化,可保证产品及零部件的质量,减少因产品不合格而造成的索赔损失.(2)手工去毛刺,往往有毛刺残留.并易在棱边出现加工不均匀,检查也很费事.如实现了自动化,则可减少检查工时,降低加工成本,提高组装合格率和生产效率.
