This article, starting from the feminist standpoint, attempts to reveal the tragic fate of Lavinia and Tamar, the two main female characters in Titus Androlnix, the early tragedy of Shakespeare, And the inferior status of women in the Elizabethan period of the United Kingdom as “second sex” and “other”. On the one hand, women who are willing to subordinate themselves will sacrifice themselves to patriarchal culture when they agree with all male values; on the other hand, women seeking equal status with men will eventually be punished by the fear and distaste of men . As a male, Shakespeare in his works reveals the tendency of female suspicion, indicating that the patriarchal centrism was deeply rooted in the Elizabethan period in England.
