测量不确定度是测量系统最基本及最重要的特性指标,是测量质量的重要标志。在数字电视测试中,引起测量不确定度的因素很多,如测试设备本身、测试环境、测试人员等。但在数字电视光学、色度测试测量中,引起不确定度的因素来自于测量仪器本身的不确定度。同一项技术指标,使用不同的仪器测试,测量结果的不确定度各不相同,测试仪器越高级、精确度越高,测量结果的不确定度就越小。本文介绍了测量不确定度的提出、定义、分类,结合数字电视光学、色度测量,分析了产生测量不确定度的因素,针对实际的测试例子进行了分析。
Measurement uncertainty is the most basic measurement system and the most important performance indicators, is an important indicator of the quality of measurement. In digital television testing, many factors that cause measurement uncertainty, such as the test equipment itself, the test environment, testers and so on. However, in digital TV optics, chromaticity test measurement, the factors that cause the uncertainty come from the uncertainty of the measuring instrument itself. The same technical indicators, the use of different instrument testing, the uncertainty of the measurement results vary, the higher the level of test equipment, the higher the accuracy, the smaller the uncertainty of the measurement results. This paper introduces the definition, classification of measurement uncertainty, combined with digital television optics, colorimetric measurement, analyzes the factors that cause measurement uncertainty, and analyzes the actual test cases.
