中小型集体施工企业如何使自己尽可能中标呢,笔者认为投标策略往往是中标的关键。大量工程投标的实践告诉我们,凡是能在竞争中夺标并有利可图的施工企业,都十分重视投标的策略,非常讲究投标的艺术。 一、中小型企业竞争夺标需要注意的几个问题 1.认真听取分析建设单位招标项目具备的条件以及对投标单位的要求。主要了解招标建设项目资金来源是否落实,投资有无缺口。因为有的建设单位为了争项目,不量力而行,有意压低投资计划。象这样的一些基建项目一是要考虑投标中标的必要性,要坚持有利可图。 2.分析评断自身的施工水平,技术装备及对有关要求的承受能力。投标项目的规模和技术难度只要与自身的承受能力相适应时,才具有足够
