目的 :下颌骨肿瘤术后所致缺损通过游离骨移植 ,重建下颌骨的连续性 ,恢复下颌骨功能。方法 :下颌骨造釉细胞瘤切除术后 ,用自体游离髂骨、肋骨及病变下颌骨切除后煮沸再植于下颌骨缺损。结果 :5 1例植骨病人疗效满意 4 9例 ,植骨失败 2例 ,髂骨供骨区出现并发症积液 3例。结论 :自体游离骨移植效果满意 ,仍需要注意控制感染及预防并发症发生 ,自体瘤骨立即再植可避免排异现象 ,并且可以减少手术创伤。
OBJECTIVE: The mandibular tumor was repaired by free bone graft and reconstruction of the continuity of the mandible and restored the mandibular function. Methods: After excision of mandibular ameloblastoma, the mandibles were implanted with autologous free ilium, rib and lesion, and then replanted in mandibular defects. Results: In 51 cases of bone grafting patients, satisfactory results were obtained in 49 cases, 2 cases of failed bone graft and 3 cases of complications in iliac bone graft area. CONCLUSION: Autologous free bone graft is satisfactory, and it is still necessary to pay attention to infection control and prevention of complications. Immediate autologous bone tumor replantation can avoid rejection and reduce surgical trauma.
