县域经济作为我国国民经济最基本的运行单元,对带动农民增收、农村发展和农业增效起着重要作用,但当前县域金融法律服务薄弱成为影响“三农”发展的制约因素之一。如何发挥金融法律服务对维护金融稳定、构建和谐社会的促进作用,如何实现县域金融法律服务在范围、手段等方面的突破,特别是基层央行如何在构建金融法律服务体系当中发挥作用是一个值得研究的重要课题。本文将从理论与实践的角度进行探讨,以期对基层人民银行开展金融法律服务提供一点借鉴。
As the most basic unit of national economy in our country, county economy plays an important role in driving peasant incomes, rural development and agricultural efficiency. However, the current weakness of county financial legal services has become one of the restrictive factors that affect the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. How to bring into play the role of financial legal services in maintaining financial stability and building a harmonious society and how to make breakthroughs in the scope and means of financial legal services in the county areas, especially how grassroots central banks play a role in building a financial legal service system are worthy of study An important issue. This article will be discussed from the perspective of theory and practice, with a view to providing reference for the grassroots people’s bank to carry out financial legal services.
