一、引言光纤的折射率分布与光的传输特性有着密切的关系,因而折射率分布的测量是一项重要课题。测量手段现今国内外所见甚多,作为一种主要的方法,CCITT会议上确定折射近场法为光纤折射率分布的标准测量方法。干涉法测量光纤横截面的折射率分布,虽具有一些缺点,如设备昂贵、加工光纤薄片困难、处理数据繁杂等,但也有一些优点是其它方法不可比拟的,只要处理得当,它可以获得较高的精度和稳定的测量结果。
I. INTRODUCTION The refractive index distribution of optical fiber is closely related to the transmission characteristics of light. Therefore, the measurement of refractive index distribution is an important issue. Measurement methods are widely seen at home and abroad. As a major method, the refractive index near field method (CCITT) is a standard method for measuring the refractive index profile of optical fibers.
