在高等教育自学考试系统工程中,能否保证评卷质量,把差错率控制在最低限度,是关系到自学考试事业能否持续、稳定、健康发展的重要问题之一。笔者从十年来组织评卷工作实践中深感:要确保高教自考评卷质量,须做好三个方面的工作,一是打有准备之仗,做好评卷后“分析评估”;二是处理好评卷中三个关系;三是评卷后“分析评估,奖优罚差”。这样才能做到“客观公正,给分准确,宽严适当,前后一致。”评前“三抓”一抓提高领导认识。这是保证评卷质量的首要工作,也是搞好自考评卷的关键。要通过多种形式,使主考学校有关领导明确三点:(1)认识自考性质和特点。高教自考的根本属性是对自学者进行以学历为主的国家考试。高等教育自学考试的专科(基础科)、本科等学历层次,与普通高等学校的学历层次水平
