本文在界定重庆市国际化人才标准及其指数的基础上,具体考察了全球化背景下重庆市国际化人才需求的必要性和迫切性,并具体探讨了重庆市国际化人才队伍超常规、非均衡、协调发展的五项对策。
On the basis of defining the internationalized talent standard of Chongqing and its index, this paper specifically examines the necessity and urgency of the internationalized talent demand in Chongqing under the background of globalization. It also discusses in detail the internationalization of the talent pool in Chongqing, Five Countermeasures for Balanced and Coordinated Development.
