The outbreak of “September 11” terror attacks and the ensuing series of shock waves made the rapidly stalled world economy more mysterious and unpredictable. Will the “September 11” Incident Cause the Great Depression to Return? Will the U.S. Economy Reproduce the Scenario of “War Stimulus and Prosperity”? Will China’s Economy Still Exception?
