最近,湖南省高等教育自学考试委员会、省医药管理局、省卫生厅发出的《关于开考高等教育自学考试中药专业的通知》中决定:今年10月,湖南省首次开考中药大专自学考试。这是加强中药队伍建设,提高全省中药人员专业技术水平,鼓励自学成才的一项重大措施。 建国以来,湖南中药事业虽有较大发展,但在人才培养方面却欠债太多,学历层次和技术素质偏低。全省现有中药人员中,具有大专以上学历的不到5％。为此,省考委指定湖南中医学院为此次自考的主考院校。开考中医学基础、中药学、中药炮、制剂、鉴定、调剂学等12门课程。从今年下半年开始,分别在每年的4月和10月下旬开考。第一轮每门课程安排一次初
