要不要学业成绩并不是应试教育与素质教育的分水岭。素质教育不是不要学习成绩,关键在于如何科学地评价学业成绩,如何关注取得学业成绩的过程与方法,如何重视与学业成绩有关的其他方面,即学生的全面发展。在教育转型发展的背景下,上海的中小学校长如何把握基础教育改革发展的重点、难点问题?怎样拓展他们的工作思路?他们如何进一步明确遵循教育规律,深化素质教育?为此,市教委开展了2012年上海市中小学、幼儿园校(园)长暑期专题培训,分为主题报告、专题报告和网上培训三个部分。7月2~3日为主题报告,由市教委统一组织;7月4日至8月20日则是专题报告和网上培训,各区县结合自身实际观看学习视频报告、小组交流研讨和网上培训。校长们在主题报告中认真学习,积极反馈;在专题报告和网上培训中热烈讨论,交流感想。

How to expand their work train of thought? How can they further and clearly follow the laws of education and deepen their quality education? 2012 Shanghai primary and secondary schools, kindergarten (garden) long summer special training, divided into thematic reports, special reports and online training in three parts.
