研究扬子鳄胸腺含降钙类基因相关肽(CGRP)和神经肽Y(NPY)神经的分布。方法采用免疫组织化学ABC法。结果在胸腺内有较丰富的CGRP免疫反应(CGRP-IR)阳性神经纤维,在被膜和小叶间隔结缔组织主要沿血管壁分布,分支进入皮质和髓质内走行于淋巴细胞间。NPY免疫反应(NPY-IR)阳性神经纤维在胸腺内主要沿血管壁分布,有极少量分支走行于淋巴细胞间。结论胸腺内含CGRP和NPY神经支配的发现,为研究神经肽调节胸腺免疫功能提供了形态学依据
To study the distribution of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) in thymus of Chinese alligator (Alligator sinensis). Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method. Results CGRP-IR positive nerve fibers were abundant in the thymus, distributed mainly along the vascular wall in the capsule and the interlobular connective tissue, branched into the cortex and medulla and traveled between the lymphocytes. NPY-immunoreactive (NPY-IR) positive nerve fibers mainly distributed along the blood vessel wall in the thymus, with very few branches running between the lymphocytes. Conclusion The findings of thymus-containing innervation of CGRP and NPY provide a morphological basis for studying the neuropeptide’s regulation of thymus immune function
