胎心监护仪预测高危妊娠时胎儿——胎盘功能。NST试验反应型表示:胎动时伴有一时性胎心率加快现象,了解胎儿贮备功能,并可作为OCT试验前的筛选试验。OCT试验阳性提示胎盘功能不全,异常波型(LD,VD;LD+VD)对脐带受压及胎儿宫内缺氧有较高的诊断价值。本文一年中84例孕35~43周高危妊娠进行了94例次胎心监护;NST试验41例次,反应型26例,无反应型15例,新生儿Apgar评分>8分者38例,≤7分3例,(其中1例无反应型伴基线摆动减弱次日分娩评2分)。OCT试验53例次,阴性42例,阳性6例,评分>8分45例。≤7分8例。
Fetal heart monitor predicts fetal-placental function in high-risk pregnancies. NST test responders said: Fetal movement accompanied by a temporary Fetal heart rate to speed up the phenomenon, to understand fetal reserve function, and can be used as a screening test before OCT test. OCT test positive placental insufficiency, abnormal wave patterns (LD, VD; LD + VD) on the umbilical cord pressure and fetal hypoxia have a higher diagnostic value. In this paper, 94 cases of fetal heart rate monitoring were performed in 84 pregnant women aged 35-43 weeks during the year. NST test was performed in 41 cases, reactive type in 26 cases, non-responsive type in 15 cases, neonatal Apgar score> 8 points in 38 cases, ≤ 7 points in 3 cases, (of which 1 case of non-responsive baseline swing weakened sub-day delivery evaluation 2 points). 53 cases of OCT test, negative 42 cases, 6 were positive, score> 8 points and 45 cases. ≤ 7 points in 8 cases.
