本报讯7月24日,信息产业部公布的关于2007年第二季度电信服务质量的通告指出,有关收费争议方面的申诉占电信服务申诉总量的57.2%。
On July 24, the circular on the quality of telecommunications services announced by the Ministry of Information Industry on the second quarter of 2007 pointed out that complaints about charges and disputes accounted for 57.2% of the total number of complaints about telecommunications services.
