近年来双种植体在单牙缺失修复中得到越来越多应用,它具有抗旋转、抗折、分散应力、减少骨吸收、提高修复成功率等优点。双种植体生物力学研究能解决种植体周围应力集中、骨质吸收程度等临床应用问题,并且有助于制定一个模拟天然牙根分叉的双种植体修复标准,规范双种植体修复技术,于临床推广应用有重要意义。本文从双种植体的临床应用、生物力学与生物学特性以及优点等方面对双种植体相关研究进行综述。
