酸樱桃与欧洲甜樱桃的种间杂交是培育樱桃新品种最可靠的方法。当酸樱桃的卵细胞(n=16)与二倍体染色体组(2n=16)的欧洲甜樱桃非退化配子配对时,从而能获得繁殖力最强的杂种。杂种家系中繁殖力强的数量取决于杂交组合,变动于0.8—24.1%。就是说从上述类型的数量中能选出广泛栽培的酸樱桃与欧洲甜樱桃杂种家系繁殖力强的一些新品种。研究的目的是用远缘杂交的方法获得樱桃果实高产,果实成熟期不同和多种用途,以及更适应当地干旱条件下栽培的新品种。
Interspecific cross between sour cherries and European sweet cherries is the most reliable way to cultivate new cherry varieties. The most fertile hybrids were obtained when the sour egg (n = 16) was paired with the non-degenerated gametes of European sweet cherries of the diploid genome (2n = 16). The number of fertile lines in hybrids depends on the cross combination, varying from 0.8 to 24.1%. That is to say, from the above types of numbers, some new varieties of widely cultivated sour cherries and European sweet cherry hybrid families can be selected. The aim of the study was to obtain high yield of cherry fruit, different fruit ripening period and multiple uses of fruit of cherry by new method of distant hybridization, and to adapt to the new varieties cultivated under local drought conditions.
