Diallyldisulfide (DADS) is the main active ingredient of garlic, a significant inhibition of a variety of tumors [1]. In vitro studies showed that: DADS can significantly inhibit the growth of human gastric cancer MGC80 3 cells [2], its mechanism and G2 / M arrest and signal transduction pathway ERK / AP 1 pathway [3,4]. In this study, human renal cell carcinoma subrenal transplantation model to explore DADS
