测定固体材料导热系数的方法大体有两类:一类是静态测量法;一类是动态测量法。由于试样的性质、形状、测试温度范围、加热方式以及测定传递热量的方法各不相同,又有许多不同的具体方法。本文介绍动态测定固体导热系数的一种方法——激光脉冲法。这种方法的特点在于:试样的尺寸可以做得很小,测试周期很短,待测温度只要作相对测量,所以测温仪器无须作绝对定标,数据处理方法十分简便。
There are two general methods to determine the thermal conductivity of solid materials: one is static measurement; the other is dynamic measurement. Because of the nature of the sample, the shape, the test temperature range, the method of heating, and the method of measuring the amount of heat transferred, there are many different specific methods. This article describes a method for the dynamic determination of solid thermal conductivity - the laser pulse method. This method is characterized by: the size of the sample can be done very small, the test cycle is very short, the measured temperature as long as the relative measurement, so the temperature measurement instrument without absolute calibration, the data processing method is very simple.
